Jenny is a member of the firm’s Litigation Section. Her litigation experience stems from over twenty-five years as a law clerk or staff attorney with four U.S. District Judges. From 1988 to1990, she clerked for United States District Judge Marcel Livaudais, Jr., in the Eastern District of Louisiana. In that position, she conducted settlement conferences, wrote civil and criminal opinions as they related to dispositive motions and bench trials, conducted jury charge conferences, created jury charges, and conducted pre-trial conferences if the Judge was in trial. In this position, she was the sole law clerk in the trial of Harry Connick, former New Orleans District Attorney, and aided the Judge in the Edwin Edwards trial as an intern.
