Megan Lockley, LCSW has been a social worker in children’s and adolescent services for six years after graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi with her Masters in Social Work in 2010 following her Bachelors in Psychology in 2008. She worked as a therapist for the inpatient adolescent unit at Merit Health Gulf Oaks from 2014-2016 with previous experience in individual and family outpatient therapy at the Gulf Coast Mental Health Center. She is now at Gulf Coast Family Counseling in Ocean Springs.

She is passionate about mental health and advocating for social justice and equality in both work and personal respects as a member of the Human Rights Campaign and volunteering with community organizations like the South Mississippi AIDS Task Force, Special Olympics, and now as a board member for the Mental Health Association.
